Who do my “students” or “trainees” contact if they have issues with Moodle?
If your training participants are having Moodle issues, they should reach out to the facilitator of the course first. If the facilitator cannot solve the problem, then you can reach out to LearnTech.
Is there Moodle training and other training opportunities?
Yes! DELTA offers many workshops throughout the year to help you get acquainted with Moodle and to provide sound, quality training. You can check out our list of workshops; however, there are some workshops that are designed specifically for faculty and staff who are providing internal training: Developing and Facilitating Online Professional Development Course and Administrative Training in Moodle. Both training courses are self-paced and can be taken at any time.
Who do I contact if I have questions about REPORTER?
DELTA works closely with the REPORTER team in the Office of Information Technology.
