Bio

Arlene designs and facilitates workshops to support faculty in utilizing best practices for online course design, as well as the effective use of educational technologies. As part of the Course Quality Program team, she helps faculty improve the quality of online and blended/hybrid courses. She also participates in numerous technology development, support, and training projects at DELTA.
